RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Returns: Due to the unique nature of our prints and original works of art, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

 

Damaged Orders: If your online order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, store credit will be issued. 

 

Replacement Window: We are unable to accommodate refund or replacement requests if more than 14 days has passed since an item was delivered.

 

Exchanges: We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please email us at info@codacurates.com.

 

Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning a non-defective or damaged item back to us, you may be responsible for any associated shipping costs when returning your item. Typically, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Insurance: If you are returning a non-defective or damaged item valued over $40, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your returned item arrives back to us safely.

 

Exchange Shipping Costs: For damaged items that need to be exchanged, CODA will provide a return shipping label.

 

International Orders: Please note, due to the high cost of international shipping, duties and tariffs, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements for international orders. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received a damaged item, simply contact us as we'll work hard to find a resolution you're happy with!
